Return and Refund Policy

To return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please follow the steps below. Returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1. Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
2. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

2. Once verified, we will confirm your request.
3. We will arrange to collect the product(s).
4. Refund (after deducting delivery service cost) will be made after receiving the product(s) in good condition within 3-5 days.
